This is a foundational counseling activity structured into three phases, consisting of one-on-one sessions between the counselor and the student, primarily for those aged 14-19, combined with tailored practical activities for each individual.

1. Initiation Phase: The counselor and student spend time getting to know each other, sharing and identifying the key challenges the student is facing.

2. Acceleration Phase: With a deeper understanding established, the counselor supports the student in gaining greater self-awareness and helps define suitable academic and career pathways.

3. Completion Phase: The counselor and student make informed decisions and jointly develop a concrete plan to pursue the chosen direction. Throughout the process, the counselor also consults with parents - and, when necessary, teachers - to support the student in self-exploration and ensure that final decisions are both appropriate and feasible.

After the third phase, depending on the needs and expectations of the student and their family, LeaderInYou may offer additional support packages, including university visits. These provide valuable opportunities for students and families to gain in-depth, practical insights into learning environments, facilities, and academic programs.

Based on the practical needs of schools and groups of families, group career counseling programs are offered for participants with similar needs, enabling them to support one another throughout the exploration and experiential process.

This is a specialized support program, tailored individually for each student for specific goals, such as exploring study abroad opportunities, preparing required procedures, or developing interview skills.
